Upcoming Business Notices


In an effort to better increase the functionality of your business, we will be implementing updates to our compensation plan starting Tuesday, March 23, 2021, and will continue on over the course of the next few months. Read below and see the upcoming updates. Consultant and customer roll-up

Effective March 23!

What is happening?

Customer/Consultant roll-up will be taking place on Tuesday, March 23, 2021, and will occur on the third day of every calendar month thereafter.

What does this mean for you?

This affects all Consultants in all markets with customers or Consultants in their organization whose direct upline Consultant is cancelled. They will now roll up to the next eligible upline Consultant.

How do you benefit?

The next eligible upline Consultant will now receive the benefits of having customers and Consultants roll up closer to their frontline. Now, customers who were once direct to a cancelled Consultant are now direct to the first eligible Consultant, which would roll up personal sales commission, potentially increasing residuals. This also assists in G3 and Team Bonuses (and customer count), too. See compensation plan for G3 and Team Bonus Customer Count details.

Where can you see this?

Head to your Z-Center, click on “Team” on the left side of your screen (on your computer). Click on either “Customers” or “Consultants” and you will see the new level of Consultants and Customers who have “rolled up.” Note: Nothing will signal you that a roll-up has occurred, you will simply see that Consultants and Customers who were direct to Cancelled Consultants are now closer.


Team Bonus update

Effective May 3!


What is happening?

There will be a 60-day expiration for both TBV and Team Spillover Volume starting Monday, May 3, 2021.

What does this mean for you?

Before, when you earned Team Bonus Volume, there was no expiration date associated to that piece of business. The Z-Center will now display a 60-day expiration date on all TBV and Team Spillover Volume.

How do you benefit?

By adding a 60-day expiration, it allows you to be more proactive and utilize your Team Bonus Volume before it expires.

Where can you see this?

Head to your Z-Center, click on “Business Center” on the left side of your screen, then click on Team Bonus to see each Team Bonuses expiration dates. Team Bonus Spillover expiration dates are coming soon.


Dynamic compression on customer count

Effective May 3!


What is happening?

Dynamic compression will now occur when someone doesn’t have three customers on a minimum order with 45 BV starting Monday, May 3, 2021.


What does this mean for you?

Now, in terms of your residual tree, it will change from an active/inactive distinction to a customer count minimum of three customers in any given month. This will allow Consultants who are truly engaged the ability to not be restricted in terms of residual income by others who aren’t maximizing the business to the best of their abilities.

How do you benefit?

This is great news as the majority of Consultants that are working hard to build better businesses may see an increase in Residual income!

Where can you see this?

Head to your Z-Center homepage by clicking on “Main Menu” on the left side of your screen, then click “Dashboard.” Once there, look for your “My Summary” section, which will display your customer count as it relates to the program.


Personal Business Volume (PBV)

Effective May 3!


What is happening?

In order to be eligible for overrides and rank bonuses, the prerequisite has been changed from PBV requirement to a customer count (Customers with a minimum order of 45 PBV in a calendar month), depending on your rank.

Note: Active or inactive status will still be based on having PBV.


What does this mean for you?

Now, rather than needing PBV in order to get paid out your residual income at your rank, you’ll now need to have a customer count of either 3, 5, 7 or 10. This was adjusted as a call to action at each rank with a goal to maintain after rank advancement.

How do you benefit?

With this shift, it will boost customer counts and overrides. This will not only have the potential to increase residuals, but it will also encourage a more solid foundation on which your business is built, as well as reward those who are actively working.
