Smart Subscribe Billing Update
Renewal Date Adjusted to Match Initiation Date
Effective Now
Smart Subscribe orders that start after the 26 of each month will now be updated to match your Smart Subscribe initiation date. However, if your Smart Subscribe initiation date falls on the 29, 30 or 31 of any month, it will renew on the 28 as it’s the latest our system will allow.
This change will impact all Consultants and Preferred Customers currently on a Smart Subscribe who are enrolled August 26, 2020 and onward. Exceptions to this new rule are the dates indicated above or when you choose to skip, change or end your Smart Subscribe order. Smart Subscribe is a convenient way for you to get the products you want delivered to you on a regular schedule. You have complete control over your deliveries and will receive pre-shipment emails after orders are placed.
