• Rank advancement
• New Retail Customer
• New Preferred Customer
• New Consultant • New Retail Customers Level 2-8 • New Preferred Customers Level 2-8
• Refund requested
Why should I sign up for this?
No matter where you are or what you may be doing, signing up for these SMS alerts will always keep you informed. We’re in the business of staying connected, and these alerts further enhance that, allowing you to immediately connect with new customers, Consultants or existing ones that continue to succeed. Connect with them; congratulate them; let them know you’ll be there to assist.
How do I sign up for alerts?
Head to your Z-Center and click on your profile picture in the top right-hand corner. A dropdown menu will appear, so click on Settings. From there, click on SMS Notifications, which will bring you to various toggles on what you want to get alerted on via SMS. You can come back here to toggle anything on or off to better suit you.
Receiving SMS alerts
When you toggle an SMS alert, the message you receive will include the type of customer (Retail, Preferred or Consultant), their name and what level they’re on. At the end of the text will be a link that takes the Consultant directly to the new person’s profile in the Z-Center (without having to log in). That link will be active for 24 hours after receiving the alert.
Additional SMS alert information
The language you have chosen when you enrolled will be the default language for SMS alerts. Also, be sure that the mobile number in your Personal Info Tab under Settings has the correct number of the device you’d like to receive the alerts on.
