What inspires you? “Helping people through our products and business.”
Fun fact about you? “We became Ambassadors in seven years and seven months right when we were celebrating 21 years of marriage and a hurricane was coming, same thing as when we got married,” said Luciano with a laugh, “and it also deviated just like in August 1999.”
What’s your secret for success? “Carrying out Zurvita’s Founding Principles at all times. 1. Build a company that honors and glorifies God. 2. Develop a company with humble leadership. 3. Create an environment where people can win at every level.”
What does it mean to be a good leader? “Being a good leader means being an example and taking care of our people.”
